I saw this amazing hack that I just had to share with you guys. I always buy bananas so that I can make a banana bread but never have the patience to wait for it to ripen. No I don't have to wait at all. Just chuck it in the oven and you have ripened bananas in minutes. This is goodness in a loaf.  Today I made a banana and nut loaf.
