1) How safe is your payment gateway?

      We use the PayFast payment gateway. PayFast is committed to keeping you and your information secure. PayFast have a multitude of checks in place to protect you from fraudulent transactions. PayFast used Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption (only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest level of encryption currently available). In addition 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions. All sensitive info is encrypted within our own database.

       

        2) Where do you deliver?

          We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa. We currently do not deliver to post boxes or internationally.

           

            3) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

              You’ll get it within 7 working days, but we’ll do everything possible to make sure it’s quicker depending on the availability status of each item.

               

                4) What are the delivery fees?

                  We offer a Flat delivery rate of R50 on all orders under R500. Orders that are R500.00 or more will be delivered for FREE.

                   

                    5) What are your delivery times?

                      Our couriers, generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 09h00 – 17h00. There are no weekend deliveries.

                       

                        6) What happens if I am out when you deliver?

                          If you're not available at the chosen delivery address to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to reschedule the next delivery.

                           

                            7) What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

                              If you realize that the package is damaged or has an incorrect item before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realize that the package is damaged or has an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@bluekitchen.co.za

                               

                                8) How do I track my order?

                                  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. In this email there will be a link that you can use to track your order.

                                      There are two payment options that Blue Kitchen accepts at present:

                                      • Credit or Cheque Cards: All Visa & MasterCard are accepted.
                                      • Instant EFT via PayFast
